Have you been struggling to lose fat and keep it off? Let me tell you what I did for the last two months to go from 170lbs to 161lbs: - I ate more fruits and vegetables ( fibers keep you full for longer) - I ate more protein ( it’s the most satiating macronutrient and your body burns more calories digesting it) - I drink a lot of water ( around 68 oz) - I strength trained at least 4 times a week - I went for walks every day ( try to hit at least 8k steps).
