Hello my love, if you’re concerned it’s best to call the epu/midwife but it’s likely that you’re experiencing cramps due to your uterus shrinking and trying to return to pre pregnancy size x
Thank you ladies, hope it's nothing serious as the sharp pains feel like I'm having contractions, they keep coming and going, horrendous pain. I have called EPU waiting for them to get back to me

Hey, I had a miscarriage followed by surgery to complete it last year. I was quite sore for a couple of weeks afterwards with cramping and pain/bleeding. Keep an eye on how you're feeling in general and if you get anything like a fever go to your GP to get checked over as sometimes you can get a small chance of an infection. Hope it settles for you soon.
