First period 10 months pp

Hi, I’m having a super difficult day. Bleeding heavily and changing super tampons (5th in 12 hours), leaked twice. Faced discomfort while inserting tampon which wasn’t the case before child birth. Crying a lot, feeling super low since the morning. I don’t know what am I going through and what’s usual vs not. Help!

First postpartum period is the worst!!. It makes you angry , sad , paranoid, in denial ?. It can cause all your emotions to mix up into one and have you confused . That’s because your hormones have been different for 9 months . The period can be lighter or heavier , it can last longer or be short . It’s the hormones dropping after having a baby it takes a good 6ish months for our bodies hormones to settle down after childbirth. I had this happen to me .. it was so horrible I was all over the place and I stopped using tampons to discomfort and because I thought pads were better . They hold more blood and your less likely to leak. But whenever you are feeling like this just know that it’s normal and you’ll soon get over the rough patch ❤️‍🩹 and be okay 😊 it’s all so completely normal
