And you are not letting down your daughter or anyone. You are a working mum sticking it up for yourself and raising a human being, juggling everything at once by yourself. It is exhausting and it is hard work. Where are you based?

Good, you are in the UK. Google apprenticeships in your area. They could be offered by companies, universities, the NHS... You may find something interesting. During an apprenticeship you get paid while studying and making a career move in an are with more denand is easier.
Consider speaking to your GP if this feeling gets overwhelming.
I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time. What kind of work have you done in the past? What kind of work would you like to do if you could choose anything you want?
At Gisell I m 42..not sure if I m not too old for apprenticeship..
At MJ.I am Teaching Assintant and have been for quite a long Time.I also worked for Civil Justice Centre and Home Office but it was agency work.I need better paid job I m slowly going into debts to survive but also I have to think about hokidays/school hours..i don't have anyone here to help me...
There isn't an upper age limit on apprenticeships in the UK. Is it the place you work that you don't like or the job itself? Wishing you luck and reassurance that you are not failing your daughter!
I’m 36 and I do a degree apprenticeship, most people on my course are the same age or older, the oldest person is 57. So, you’re definitely not too old.
