New member- 28 week diagnosis

Hi all! I know this isn't a very active group since this condition is rather rare but I'd love some postive stories. I was diagnosed at 28 weeks, and have been hospitalized since- (it's been almost a week now). We have the rhythm just about controlled with digoxin and flecainide. I'm hoping with my next dose it won't spike back up. How did the remainder of everyone's pregnancies go, and your births? My midwives had a patient a few years ago that had controlled SVT and delivered with spontaneous labor. I know baby will definitely have a stint in NICU- how long were your babies there for? Thanks for any support and advice!

I was diagnosed at 32weeks. I was only in hospital for a weekend but did have to go in twice a week for scans at Leeds which have specialists for SVT. I also had diabetes diagnosed at 37weeks so had a c section. After birth my consultant, who I was lucky enough that he also did the section fought for my baby to stay with me on the ward as we had a plan in place for his medication ect. Unfortunately he went sweaty and had blue lips so was taken to intensive care for 1 night. As soon as I was able to stand I was in special care with him. He is 13months now and as of today he’s come off his medication to see if the SVT will begin again or not. Feel free to message me if you want xx
