Large ovarian cyst

Hi ladies! I went for my dating scan at 13+2 weeks, everything fine just baby led on its front and due to that they couldn't get one little measurement off them, but they did find on my right ovary a large cyst, roughly 8x8x5cm so fairly chunky. They said its a simple cyst and common and nothing to worry about, but you know the mind wanders to the worst! I was speaking to my consultant yesterday and I know they have to cover all bases and she mentioned the big scary cancer! Only really to say they weren't concerned about it as it was just a simple cyst but that added more to my anxiety! Today I've had like a pressure feeling on my lower left side, right on the pubic bone, wondering if maybe a cyst is now there? Its not painful, kind of like a pushing against stuff I suppose? Its hard to describe 🤣 the weekend before my scan I had this pressure but sharper on my right side and obviously I'm thinking that was the cyst and I'd written it off as things stretching! I dont really know the point of the post just looking for others who are in the same boat for some reassurance its probably going to be okay, part of me just wants to remove all my bits to make sure I'm here and we'll for my first born, I guess I'm just a little scared! Before getting pregnant this time I had had bloods done as we weren't having luck conceiving and they came back as borderline pcos, which I guess could be the cause but it wasn't investigated further as I was still in 'normal' range! And we had an early scan at 8+6 weeks too where they couldn't see my left ovary but they could see the right and at that time it was clear, so I know its formed somewhere since then! Which in a way made me feel better as I'd assume if it was something really scary there may have something there already at that point? Idk I'm not trying to convince myself nothings wrong but also trying to calm myself over something that's pote ntially harmless! My consultant doesn't recommend doing anything right now as it may be a risk to me, but could change if it got bigger or started causing pain etc! I do have a lot of health anxiety, lost both of my parents, one from cancer when I was young and one more recent but unexpected so I do have the fear of the worst and not being here for my little boy on top of being terrified of hospitals 🤯😭
