Do not hire this nanny.

She is a liar, manipulative and just a disgusting person. My baby is loosing weight and my doctor suggested to keep an eye on the number of oz she takes. I told Lisa the same. She hardly did any tummy time with her and didn't do any kind of exercise with. Instead of trying to feed my baby the oz she needs she started throwing her milk, half the bottle most of times, on the carpet below the play mat and on paper towels, and used to lie and sent us pictures that she finished her bottle. We found paper towels and carpet wet and soaked with baby formula.My baby has dark circles under her eye. She wakes up three times every night and cries. We thought she is getting enough during the day so we tried to stop giving her milk at night which meant continuously rocking and sleepless nights with my baby crying at night because of hunger. We had a mirror for our baby to help her with her development and she used that mirror to keep an eye on us and where we are. While giving my baby milk she made scary faces showed her teeth like a crazy person, whixhbwe found out only later. My baby sobs in her dreams. My carpet is wet and smell like bad milk. She got her a monkey and just played music on that toy to hide the noise of opening the bottle and throwing milk. I told her while putting diaper cream never go from bottom to top it causes uti. She got angry and stopped changing my baby's diaper because of which she got a bad yeast infection. She lied to me that she changed her diaper. When we were not looking she threw her toys and clothes with disrespect. She handled her so roughly when we were not there to look. She took pictures of her without permission and sent it to her family. She use to continuously tickle her throughout her wake time. When I told her not to tickle her so much because my baby was getting uncomfortable she did it more from behind and lied to me that she is laughing because of her doll. She use to lie about the naps that my baby is sleeping when in reality she just held her in her arms and shushed her so that we don't get to know. She used to get angry if we gave any feedback and use to take that anger out our baby. She tries to be very sweet and will gift your baby gifts. Please do not be fooled she is a liar and a fraud. She should not be a nanny she is not fit. She is crazy. Please be careful.She should be in jail. We have proofs of everything. This review is just a gist of what she has done with our baby who cant even speak and does not even know what she did to her. She should be jailed.
