Light at the end of the tunnel
Just got a 4 month delay diagnoses for my 18 month old son. Awaiting mri and genetics. What does this mean for his future? Worried. Do people with development delays live normal lives?

Hi Christine, we have no idea how our kids will develop. I guess one thing I came to realise is everyone’s normal is different. In what way does he have delays?

Gross fine and speech. I feel socially he is fine. It sucks because so many people are like he will be fine and then others say how important early intervention is. I’m so lost as to what to do while we wait. The mri is 2 months aaway and 2 months is massive in development
