2 Weeks Completing My Goal

My goal is to meditate each weekday after putting my daughter down for her nap. I am two weeks in and feeling great! How long do you usually meditate for during each session?

Love this!! I meditate for at least 10 mins! I really love Dr Joe Dispenza meditations but his are kinda long like 45 min plus. But they’re worth it when I create time! What kind of meditations have you been doing?

@Kiernan I use the calm app. I did a series on self love and lately have been doing their daily calm. They are about 10 minutes as well
