Can anyone show me their ovulation tests leading up to a positive pregnancy test? I got my peak a few days ago and took another ovulation test today expecting it to be low but it’s slightly elevated

So my period is now over a week late, but tests are coming back negative. I am never normally this late ever. I don’t know what’s going on, any advice would be helpful please x
