What are naps looking like for everyone's 10 month olds these days? I'm still trying to find a good balance for my sleep-challenged lil guy I'm currently doing 9am (45 mins) and 12:30 (1.5h) before bed 7-7 on sleep consultant advice, but we often have upsets still so wondering what others are doing
