So long story short had this monitor for 10 months no issues all of a sudden my partner starts hearing voices coming through the monitor has anyone else had any issues owning this

Hi, first time mum, my baby is 10 weeks and 2 days and already started teething, we have got him some teething gel and powder, they say for 3+ months and probaly sound silly but i wasn’t sure if i could use them for him as he’s not 3 months, but he’s really struggling. Thank you
