Best place to sell a breast pump?

I’ve got a double electric MAM breast pump that I just can’t seem to shift. I only used it for 8 weeks earlier this year so I don’t want to just give it away and it was really expensive. Does anyone know of any groups who might be able to help please? Facebook doesn’t allow them to be listed unfortunately 🤦🏼‍♀️
