So it just sits in the bottle, it sort of clips in around the top then the teat screws in over the top! If the bottle leaks then you know it hasn't secured properly. We use them and from what I can tell the bubbles like, stick to it instead of coming out 😅
Do you have the advanced anti colic bottles? It should just go on top. Just push it on around the rim of bottle and then screw the teat on over the top 😊
It’s supposed to help with colic but from my experience with my toddler it didn’t do a damn thing

It should go inside the bottle and almost clip in to the rim of it. You need to put it in the bottle before you screw the blue part with the teat on. if you don’t use it the bottle will leak so make sure you do!
