Bottle fed baba
My 3 month has just started to demand food every 2 hours… he’s taking 5-6oz each time. Surely this is too much too often?? 😫
He will suck at the bottle as if he’s starved 😭

@Kate ahh thank goodness! Yess had the health visitor out yesterday (of course he starts this after her visit) and he’s right where he needs to be on his centiles, here we go, up another baby clothing size if he’s getting a spurt 🤣🤣 feel like he needs to slow down 🙈
Definitely sounds like a growth spurt, my son did that for a week straight and is now back to drinking 3-4 ounces at a time

Babies won’t overeat naturally. Bottle fed babies are only more likely to overeat if the caregiver is pushing them to finish a bottle. Listen to his cues.

He might be having a growth spurt. My grandson did this and gained about 10lb in 4 weeks. As long as he’s still on his lines for his growth it should be ok. Ask your health visitor if you’re worried x
