How much formula is your baby drinking?
My baby has just gone up to 210ml 6x a day (so 1260ml per day) while also breastfeeding a couple times per day. But I’ve just read that 5-6 month olds should be on around 1000ml a day so now I’m worried I’m overfeeding him?? He’s not a particularly big baby on the 5th centile

My boys on 600ml a day he’s 6 months so this has made me panicky now 😱
My girl is 5 and a half months and usually has 210mls 5x a day (sometimes wakes for a 6th bottle at 11pm I make this 150ml) x
My girl is on 4x210mls and 1x240mls a day 😊
@jan I wouldn’t panick! They take what they need. My boy was on 4oz x 6. In a matter of weeks maybe less he’s 6/7. Try upping his bottles an ounce and take his lead x

I wouldn’t worry too much they’re all so different! My baby has roughly 180ml x 4 a day and yet she had more than doubled her birthweight by 4 months old she’s a big girl 😂 x
