Formula
I am currently 30 weeks and still so unsure about what formula to use. I know some can be so expensive but I just want to get what’s best for my baby. Does anyone have any recommendations?

They are all pretty much the same! My health visitor said there is only a few factories in the UK for formula and it’s just different brands when tinned up! I use ALDIs Mamia, I picked it up just in case my baby didn’t latch, which he didn’t so carried on using that one and had absolutely no issues with it, and it’s only £7.09! One of the midwifes said it’s the same as SMA too!
My midwife said they’re all the same , me personally I like SMA because they cater for a bariety of things even lactose intolerance, they have so many different types of formulas and all my friends love sma but everyone is different and all formulas are made very similarly x

Whichever you can buy locally and is nothing budget. There are strict regulations on formula milk so they all meet the same minimum nutritional needs
