I never really smelled too bad down there ever, but I notice white streak in underwear and it just doesn’t smell how it used to prep pregnant. I have tried summers eve wash, and done vinegar rinse and nothing seems to help. What is it? It’s not itchy or anything

I think this is perfectly normal, and as mentioned above, it’s healthy bacteria so something you shouldn’t be trying to get rid of
I’ve noticed I smell stronger too! Try wearing cotton only underwear and changing them a couple times a day when you notice the smell building. Use mild soap (unscented) on the outside of the vagina (vulva) and try not to get soap inside, as it can mess up the bacteria and make things worse. Try taking a probiotic too.
I have been told to avoid summer’s eve because it throws off the PH down there, the area is self cleaning , you need a certain amount of each bacteria that is there so the smell maybe the smell of a lack of one bacteria
