Both are totally normal. It's actually around 6-7 months that's the average for first teeth. And between 5-8 months for sitting unaided.

Every baby is different and the guidance is 6-9 months for sitting and thats with support first, can be longer for unaided. Teeth can even be up to 12 months to start so you could have another 6 months without teeth yet, the "average" being 5-7months on NHS. Just let your baby go at their own pace there is no rulebook they must follow

Both are normal. My son is 6 and a half months and he still can’t sit unaided and have only just today felt a tiny bit of sharpness on his bottom gum. It’s normal. I go to a baby group and other 6 months olds can sit up but can’t roll. He can roll but can’t sit up. Every baby is totally different x

We aren't sitting unaided and don't have any teeth yet and are just over 6 months. I'm not worried. Remember, comparison is the thief of joy. All our babies will get teeth and sit up in good time

We are the same, my 6 month old can't sit and doesn't have any teeth but has been teething for what feels like a lifetime

We are the same and both are normal. Don't worry

Same here , I’m not worrying about it. It’ll happen when it’s supposed to ☺️

7 months next week & in the same boat. She’s definitely teething but none have cut yet x

My little girl is the same, just over 6 months still not signs of teeth and she loves sitting on the floor but still quite wobbly x
