Won’t take calpol

My 1 year old will not take calpol at all, not through the syringe not on a spoon and not even through the teat of a bottle. I’m at my wits end trying and feel like I’m making him worse trying😭 any suggestions?

Yogurt - or my little one has a banana mashed with yoghurt and crushed weetabix and he doesn’t taste any medicine (he’s been on antibiotics for 4 weeks it’s been a godsend!) xx

Have you tried the clear calpol. Treason I suggest this is because my little one refused the pink one so by accident I picked up the clear one and she seemed to take that one well

Ours is the same. We’ve tried everything and we ultimately have to restrain him in the “hospital hold” now. Hate doing it but needs must if he needs it for something like a temperature.

I think that's what put my little one off. She saw the colour and refused it. The clear one literally will state on the box sugar free and colour free X

We have to put it in her milk! X
