When you arrive at triage....

Depending on where you choose to give birth it may not always be quiet and serene, but there are still ways in which you can create a calm surrounding: 🎧 Wear your headphones so you can play 'The Oxytocin Bubble' 👂 Or use earplugs if you don't want any sound 👁️ An eye mask is great for blocking out bright lights 🕶️ Sunglasses work well too! Whether you’re hearing triage noises or other distractions, block out the external and tune into your breath, your body, and your baby. You've got this! What did you use to help keep you in the zone? I just wish I can have my baby at home! I do NOT want to birth in the hospital. But these tips are good ideas to try and imagine I’m somewhere else. I just hope this hospital is not pushy
