Bd is a man child

My bd is 23 and he is the living description of a man child, is it because he is still 23? Is he gonna become a real man when he gets older?

I think in general it takes a bit longer to become a man also depends on circumstances and his will power unfortunately

I’m currently pregnant by a 29 yr old. I’m 36. He has a 9 year old he had when he was 20. Does he still have problems? Yes. One of the main reasons I like him so much is because he made a lot of mistakes when it came to being a dad when his first son was born that he regrets and actively tries to make up for. Right now his first baby mom doesn’t have child care while her mom is on vacation and he took 3 days off of work to watch him so she could work. He tries to be with him as much as he can. He cries when he talks about the kind of dad he was in his younger years. Is this your BD’s story? Who knows. But if he does one day realize his errors, be open to letting him try to make up for it. 23 in my opinion is very young. Men have more luxuries when it comes to not stepping up. Women do not. Maybe one day responsibility will hit him.
