First Time mum here
Hi, it’s my first pregnancy and I’m coming up to 12 weeks, got my first scan next week (super excited). Is it normal to ‘not feel pregnant’ at this stage. I’ve been very lucky and had no morning sickness, just very tired, headaches, sore boobs & increased appetite. I’m just worried that I don’t feel very pregnant and it’s giving me anxiety going into the scan. Anybody had this feeling?

Don’t worry it’s totally normal, I didn’t have any symptoms at all for ages. Once you see your little one on the scan and the little heartbeat you will feel reassured. I remember feeling like this before every scan as I had such an easy pregnancy! It gets easier once they start moving around.
I don't feel pregnant at all, and have been throwing up every day at least once 😂 it's such a hard concept to get your head around, that there is an unknown tiny human in your tummy. Once you start to feel them move, it becomes a little easier to comprehend x
Absolutely normal but totally terrifying. I remember that phase well! Before you can feel baby wriggling about its al very abstract tbh.
