Where do you shop for healthier things?

I’m on my journey to eating better and would love to teach my child to be educated about what they’re putting in their bodies. It’s so much to learn all the types of added ingredients and learn what’s good from bad. I want to know if there are any stores that you see are the healthiest and consistent with their quality of food.

I would have thought a proper fruit and veg shop would be better to buy from than the supermarket. My local one sells lots of organic items and there are many items grown on nearby allotments. Hopefully this helps?

If it doesn’t come from the ground, I prefer not to eat it. I live by this , occasionally I eat pancakes or other stuff that it’s a little processed but if you focus on grains, herbs, fruits, and vegetables and protein, you will do well. Some towns have street markets where you can find healthy things, but the produce area in the supermarket is good as well
