@Katie no problem! I don’t exercise either. I told myself my whole pregnancy I was going to walk every day with the baby 🤦🏼♀️😂 Weight loss is 80% diet/nutrition and 20% exercise. So, the biggest thing to focus on always is diet/nutrition. Exercise will come when these babies start running all over the place! lol The biggest thing I’ve been told while breastfeeding is to eat a lot of protein and stay hydrated. The protein is more filling and not packing on weight like snacking on carbs would do. A thing I love to make and eat for breakfast and they are super easy are overnight oats. So 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice), 1/4 Greek yogurt, tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla. Stir and let sit in fridge all night. Then you can add toppings in the morning. I’ve done bananas and peanut butter, strawberries, granola, so many options.
