My hair appointment is set for 9:30. The stylist (who’s also the owner) is once again late and I haven’t gotten a call, text or email from her. Is waiting 10-15 minutes reasonable before leaving?
I booked this appointment 35 days ago. I got a confirmation email and text from the stylist (who also owns the salon). This is my 3rd time here and she seems to always be obnoxiously late. I made it clear (over the phone) that I have to be out of her chair by 12:30pm to get my child from school. My hair takes a good 2-3hrs
Is 15 minutes a considerable amount of time to wait before leaving

I'd wait 30 min.
After the second time being late I would have never come back. I think 15 minutes is fine but I'd definitely find somebody else

I'd probably try and find a more reliable stylist. I would say being that late, I would expect a call or text at least. Seeing as you've got other commitments you need to get to, I would leave whenever it would become too late to get there.
