If they're still amicable, I don't see the problem. Kids like to have fun as a family, even if they're not one.

Oh I just saw that you said dating, for some reason I thought he was your husband. Just dating might be awkward. I personally would still ask to go if I had any plans on marrying him. Its not really about the ex but about spending the holiday together as a family too. Maybe it will be a great opportunity to bond and your man might be so happy that you willing to be part of this. I know that I would be so so happy if a stepmom treated my family like that just to know that if something happened to me my child would be taken care of 🥺
@Ana Moore I feel the same about my kids. I’ve talked to her and separately it seems great when she’s with him she talks to him alot and me not so much not sure why…
Maybe she just has more things to talk about to him since they know each other and she might be giving updates about the kid. She should definitely make the effort to talk to you though. I think I would try to bond more with the stepmom than to my ex honestly 😂 You got this girl, think about it with a cool head and analyze all scenarios. It might be the beginning of a great relationship!
@Ana Moore thank you last time we were together didn’t go great. She said he acted like he didn’t get along with her only when I was around . Not sure how I feel about that .
