Varies from person to person. Iām 8 weeks pp and my belly has fluctuated. Trying to do to pp exercises to strengthen my core again. I find itās better for my mental health to focus on strengthening my core than the shape of my belly
I am seven months postpartum and I still look pregnant
@Jamie have you got reccomendations for exercises? I want to work looking to start soon working on my core strength for the same reasons too x

More like 12 weeks for me! I think it can take longer if you have a c section
