Nights in early pregnancy

Hey All, I have a set of nights when I am around 9 weeks pregnant. I am terrified that working nights will increase my risk of miscarriage. Any positive stories? Any way I can get out of it? šŸ˜‚ I know I could call in sick but I actually called in sick for my previous nights which I hate doing but was genuinely really unwell with a fever so it wonā€™t look good calling in sick again šŸ™ƒ

I worked night shifts my whole pregnancy, no issue apart from baby doesnā€™t sleep at night heā€™s 9 months old and everyone seems to think thatā€™s the reason behind it šŸ˜‚šŸ¤ x

I'm not aware of any evidence that says working nights increases your risk of miscarriage so just make sure you drink plenty and rest the next day. I know a lot of people that work nights during their qualifying period to get their mat pay up x

Iā€™ve worked nights my whole pregnancy so far and Iā€™m 25 weeks pregnant, not really has any issues with it! But I think if you do a risk assessment with your manager you could say you donā€™t feel comfortable with it x
