Hi there, (please seek medical advice if symptoms persist), my son has something similar on his arms and face, and he occasionally has eczema flare ups. His is ‘chicken skin’ which is a buildup of keratin that can cause bumpy skin. There’s no treatment for it but We found that doing a QV oil bath helped it go down considerably.
