Hi, I had my 25 weeks appointment last week and it was a special one.
Just done normal checks of wee, blood pressure & NO bloods this time.
Got to listen to baby’s heart beat and she also felt my tummy & measured it.
Also got given my MAT B1 form.
Was told about diet, interacting with bump for me and partner & exercise to help with labour and preparing for a growing bump.
I mentioned about swelling hands & weight gain as that’s what I’ve had issue with and all questions was answered, she also spoke to me about my mood and made sure I was ok.
I would just make a list of any issues you’re experiencing atm or worried about in the future.
I have another midwife appointment in 3 weeks and said to call them if there’s any issues they don’t mind speaking to us x
