Please help! What are these spots?

We had a sleepover last night, and this morning, my baby has these spots down her side. My husband is prone to bites and his fine and as am I. What is it? Fleas? (My husband had flea bites when we took a stray in to foster and he for sure would have gotten bit) she slept in the middle and me and her dad have been fine. The homeowner has cats but not in the spare room. We are taking her pharmacy later this afternoon
