How much does your potty training toddler drink in a day?
It’s been 11 weeks of potty training, still having accidents, still not recognising when he’s wet etc and I’m wondering if he’s just drinking too much and the urge hits too quickly 🤷♀️
My daughter has taken 6 months to get to point of realising she needs to go and just going to the potty. Some kids have issues with interception (recognising body cues before it’s too late) so they don’t realise they’re hungry till they’re starving, don’t realise they need the loo till it’s too late etc. I know it’s really hard but just be consistent and try not to get upset with him. We prompted her every 45 mins or so in the morning and then let it get longer in the afternoon, until she randomly started going on her own. Good luck!
