Earache/tinitus

I’ve had an ongoing earache for the last few weeks & can’t hear too well. Has anyone had this as a pregnancy symptom? Sometimes I hear a high pitch sound in that ear or like a ringing?? I’ll check with the GP anyway but want to hear ‘ it’s just a pregnancy thing ‘ 😂
