rash on baby

does anyone know what this could be? she doesn’t have a high temperature and it doesn’t seem itchy

Looks to me like heat rash or maybe a reaction to the laundry detergent or something similar 💗

My baby has the same thing :(

Are they teething? My boy developed a rash like that from his drool. It cleared up with a cream we received by our pediatrician.
