How do you get carobel?
GP recommended buying carobel but i cant get hold of any. I've asked 3 pharmacies.

Pharmacies don’t stock it unfortunately! We buy it from Amazon or an online pharmacy
We’ve now switched to the Cow & Gate for reflux as this contains carobel
