Joolz Aer carry cot on Ryanair flight

Hi mammas, First time flying with my 11w old on a Ryanair flight. Can anyone share some wisdom please as I am properly stressed! - do you usually pay to be seated together with dad? Of does random seat allocation seat you next to each other? - can you put the Joolz aer in the overhead locker if you travel with the cot attached vs the seat? - if the pram needs to go in the hold do you need to check it in before security or will you get the tag at the boarding gate? - any wisdom to share for first time travelling mamma? Thank you so much 🙏

Hey! First of all, it will go loads smoother than you’re imagining. I was stressed before flying and afterwards realised I hadn’t needed to be 😮‍💨☺️. If you’re prepared it might even be enjoyable! 🥰 I’d pay for a seat together and not risk random allocation. Tell the check in staff you’re taking the pram onboard and they'll let you know whether you need a tag in case of going in hold. Other tips: - take a nursing pillow to make it more comfortable to lay your baby on your lap during the flight. - take a few more nappies than you expect.. my boy seemed to like pooing on planes 😆 or in case of delay. - if formula feeding take abit extra in case of delay.. shouldn’t be a problem in UK but my friend got delayed on the way back and the airport abroad didn’t sell milk. - take spare clothes for baby and spare top for you/dad. - give abit extra time for getting through the airport so you can relax if you need to stop for nappy changes or feeds and you’re not rushing. Have a great time! 😊

@Hannah thank you so much 💕 super helpful!
