Baby cereal
My son is 8 months old and nurses nonstop all night. I am not sure if he is extra hungry or it’s just for comfort. I am looking into organic cereals to try to add to breast milk or even formula to try. Any recommendations?

Have you tried a dummy? Some people don’t like the idea but it has truly helped it for comfort as well as a comfort blanket, he’s going through a regression and teething atm so no sleep on our side. I bought something called ‘bedtime blend’ gave him it last night and he slept from 7:30 until 1:30 just waking up for an extra feed. If that interests you xx
Sounds normal. Comfort and hunger are equally important. Cereal serves no real nutritional value and stretches the stomach. Also he may continue nursing just as much

It’s most likely for comfort. Have you introduced solids yet? If so, try giving him a solid meal a couple of hours before bedtime and see if that makes a difference.. if it doesn’t, he’s likely nursing for comfort.
