How many dpo is everyone and how are you feeling.

I’m 6-7dpo and I’m nauseous, I have a headache, my cramps are awful this time around and I have heartburn. I’m really hoping it happens this cycle because it’s been a year with 2 chemicals and tests. If I don’t test positive in November I’m calling my Obgyn to have more test done to see if anything else is going on.
