I feel like nicknames aren’t something you sit there and think of, they come out of nowhere. They sometimes don’t even have any connection to their actual name or at least don’t sound anything like it. Like I call my daughter Meems because her name is Mila but she could only pronounce her name as Meema. I call my husband Jimin or Jims because he’s called Ben, so I used to lengthen it to Benjamin, which became Benjimin, then Jimin, now mostly Jims. Anyone would think his actual name is Jim. Maybe a random term of endearment will come out eventually when your little guy is a toddler and something will come of that. My son is is the same age as yours and we haven’t got a solid nickname for him yet because we’re still getting to know his little personality. Hope this helps!
My sons name is Koda and I call him KodaBoda or KodaBear or Ruckus his twin sister is named Kiara and I call her KiKi or Muffin 🥰
