Legal question

I just moved into a new place and I’m about to have a baby in a week or 2. So I was happy to find a place. However a lot has gone wrong at this new place and the landlord and maintenance guy keep putting everything off. One of our toilets doesn’t flush, our floor in the kitchen is messing up, there was garbage left outside in the front yard from previous tenant and tonight we have no water because of some sort of pipe. The maintenance guy has had nothing but excuses as to why things aren’t done. I’m trying to not stress since I’m so close to having my baby but it’s really getting on my last nerve and not being able to shower tonight has pushed me over the edge in annoyance. Can I sue my landlord for this and get my money back? He charged me first months rent and a move in fee.
