Spare their feelings for the time being lol most women are euphoric from new motherhood. Wait until they are older got a bigger head and are bullies thennnn and only then is that baby ugly 🤣🤣

I usually just comment on something else... "awww what a happy baby" or "aww it's so cute how she's trying to chat with us"

When I had my baby the nurses were like she's soooo beautiful she looks like her mommy they said SOMETIMES babies look like their daddy and that's how they say babies are ugly 🤣🤣🤣

I just don't say anything at all 🤷🏻‍♀️ lying is not the only option. If you really neeeed to make a comment on an ugly baby you could just say "they're so precious!" Because that's true. All babies are precious, even if they're ugly 😅 Nishma has the right idea though!
