Halloween

With the holiday coming up my fiance and I are disagreeing on if we should make it a memorable holiday for our sons first Halloween. He says it’s not really his first Halloween because he can’t participate yet. I disagree and think that we can still put him in a costume and go to some of the Halloween events this weekend hosted in our town and just walk around. What is everyone doing for Halloween for their little? Especially if you don’t have any older kids with you.

It’s definitely his first Halloween! I would take him out in a costume! I read something today that said “their childhood is your parenthood, they’re only little for a short time” make memories as often as you can & always take a million pictures!

I was going back and forth about it as well because obviously our little ones aren't walking yet but I did decide to get her a costume. We are going to the zoo this weekend They have some pretty cool Halloween activities.

I just took my daughter to a trunk or treat tonight

It is their first Halloween 🎃 technically. Take cute pics and enjoy your time. Time goes by so fast. I say this as someone with an older kid as well, you're gonna want at least one sweet Halloween memory. It's special. Plus the babies actually are old enough to take it all in lol I put my baby in his penguin suit and a dragon suit so far and he was pretty amused at himself lol

Not only is it their first Halloween (even if they will never remember) it’s YOUR first Halloween with your babe too. They’re only this little once. We’re doing a family costume cuz it’s cute and hilarious and bringing him to the parties. Dress up, take them to the events, make those mems mom.
