What to do ?

Almost 22 weeks and feeling awful, first time since this entire pregnancy that I caught a cold and huge headaches…any advice ? 💕

I called the nurse hotline at my ob clinic and they sent me a list of safe meds during pregnancy when I was sick

I’m going through the same thing right now but I have a low grade fever too 😩 I feel horrible. Stay strong 💗💗

I was/in the same boat as you just last week. I haven’t taken any meds all pregnancy and I’m 22 weeks until last week when I got low grade fever for 2 days. I took acetaminophen extra strength - Kirkland brand just once when I woke up and again before bed just because I know I need to get better for baby and get over my fears of meds while pregnant. I got better and no more fever but now recovering from horrible HORRIBLE congestion that didn’t go away from acetaminophen - so took benedryl twice a day again once when I woke up and again before bed for 2 days. Didn’t really work so I went to my OB and made sure I heard the baby’s heartbeat before taking their prescribed antibiotics. Now I’m on day 2 of antibiotics and my anxiety, fears, worries of taking meds while pregnant has def subsided since I heard the baby. And also on the way to recovery too! Thank God! Also nose strips and saline nasel sprays at night help!! And a humidifier and a sinus inhaler bought at 3:30am one night help!
