Switching 7 month old from breast feeding to bottle feeding

So I'm going back to work in a month and want to change to bottle feeding with formula. I've been breastfeeding for the past 7 Months with no problems but at a loss right now with how to switch to formula. I have a huge freezer stash but it all smells and tastes like iron so baby will not take any of it. I've tried vanilla and it hasn't made a difference. I absolutely hate pumping so that's a no go. So I'm in need of ideas on how to get her to take a bottle and add formula in slowly. I've tried Avent,Nuk and Mam bottled and have had no luck.

I work one day a week for 15 hours and I breast feed it’s better if you start slow and give ur baby freshly pumped milk because along with adjusting to the nipple they have to adjust to the temperature and feeling ur milk comes out however if ur taste fresh it’s easier start slow mama

Also have someone else give them the bottles when feeding time coming around you can of course continue breast feeding at night and only give bottle during the day so they understand a routine I’m doing the whole process as well I feed at night and have a scheduled feeding assuming ur baby is taking solids try giving them solids then milk in the bottle or wait until they are super fussy and hungry it will be a pain on you but they will realize that’s the only other choice is bottle
