13 month old tea this evening
During the week, my daughter eats LOADS at nursery so I only give her something easy in the evening before bed. Homemade pitta bread ham and cheese pizza, sweetcorn and berries. She devoured it all, followed by a yogurt for good measure!

@Sophie she has 3 meals and 2 snacks and is hungry when I pick her up. She is a proper foodie. Sometimes she doesn't eat it all but most of the time she does. Then she has milk before bed and doesn't wake for milk in the night x

@Amal thank you. It's just wholemeal pitta, toasted, tomato puree and basil Seasoning. Chopped hamd and grated cheese under the grill and then just slice into strips x

How many meals does she have at nursery? I only give mine a snack when he gets home as he has 3 meals when he gets home. Wondering if I should give him more as he still wakes for milk at night
