If she likes pasta, you can blend vegetables to make a sauce & put it on the pasta.
Just keep trying, and let the pediatrician know! Mine had some serious sensory stuff for a few months. We monitored his iron levels (which ended up being low at one point, so we gave a supplement), and just kept repeatedly trying things he was rejecting. It started around 13 months but got significantly better at 18 months.
I never forced my son to eat anything he doesn't like. I don't do that to myself, why would I do that to him. I do get your concern though, what I found is that presentation is key. Lol. My son went through an all rice phase, and so I would chop veggies into itty bitty pieces and make fried rice with that. He didn't like eggs so I make soup and drop an egg in. Sometimes you can get away with hiding the yucky nutritious stuff into the yummy. My son only really liked eating some months ago, he's nearly 2. And he's started to like scrambled eggs now. He also used to shiver at the sight of a broccoli, now he likes eating them. They do change. But I never forced him because it only stressed the both of us.
