2 year old is sick

Hi guys, FTM and last time my daughter was sick, her doctor recommended this Zyrtec, but do you guys think it’s okay to give it to her if she doesn’t have allergies? She has the same symptoms as last time she was sick and a very runny nose. I didn’t give it last time either but wanted to know what you guys think. Can I give it to her to help relieve her runny nose if she does not have allergies? Appreciate any help 🙏🙏
