Meals

Anyone else sometimes really struggle to think of a lunch 😂 I don’t always want to give sandwiches but I also need a really quick and easy lunch.

Can your baby have leftovers from dinner the night before? Mine loves cauliflower cheese, cous cous, bits of chicken, cucumber, cheese cubes, crackers, pasta, houmus, steamed broccoli etc. you can cook most the night before.

Same. She won’t eat much else . Crumpets are an easy win , my lo likes plant based Philadelphia or almond butter. But not much better than toast , probs worse nutritionally! 🫠

Someone suggested noodles to me yesterday!

I did plain pasta (left over from the previous nights dinner), cut up tomato and grated cheese. Went down a royal treat.

We do pizza wraps (tomato puree and grated cheese cooked for about 3-5 minutes on a wrap and cut up into little finger strips) Or pasta with any frozen veg you have lying around in the freezer or fridge (peas, broccoli, spinach, etc) with some Philadelphia, tomato soup with cheese on toast. Jacket potato (mash lol) with whatever topping they like, great if you have an air fryer!
