possible miscarriage.

hey! i took a test on friday and i found out i was pregnant with my second little baby. on sunday i started to experience cramping (bad period cramps) some bleeding and clotting. ive been advised to continue testing for a week to find out the outcome. i did have bleeding around 6 weeks with me first and everything was okay but it just feels different this time. what is everyone experiences? have yous gone on to have a healthy pregnancy after bleeding at 4 weeks or did you miscarry? the unknown is horrible and i find myself randomly crying. i’m 99% sure we’ve lost the baby. tests are looking slightly fainter and im feeling less symptoms but will see what tomorrow and the rest of the week brings.
